HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER:
We will be making an order of club gear from Zoti Sports on September 12th 2016.
If you wish order men’s, ladies or kids playing strips, hoodies, fleeces etc. please DOWNLOAD and fill in this order form and email it to facilities@corkharlequins.com (preferred method) or post it to Margaret O’Neill, C/O Cork Harlequins Club, Farmers Cross, Cork.
Once ordered Harlequins will issue you an invoice with our bank details for payment.
